Billanook College is seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join their Facilities team. This full-time job plays a key role in ensuring the College’s buildings, grounds, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented for students, staff, and families. You'll be responsible for

Conducting routine inspections
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas to ensure safety and functionality.🔧
Performing general maintenance
Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, fixing doors, and moving furniture to maintain a safe and clean environment.🤝
Coordinating with contractors
Coordinate with external contractors when required to support maintenance and repairs.What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or handyperson role.View fit

Trade qualification
