You'll be responsible for

Carrying out maintenance tasks
Carrying out general maintenance tasks, repairs, painting and room refurbishments across both sites.⚙️
Coordinating service maintenance
Coordinating and overseeing essential service maintenance requirements and external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time to meet compliance regulations, and to a high standard.🏡
Maintaining upkeep of homes
Maintaining the overall upkeep of the homes, including resident areas, common spaces, and back-of-house facilities.Key criteria

General maintenance experience
Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, and painting.View
