Coordinating service maintenance

Coordinating and overseeing essential service maintenance requirements and external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time to meet compliance regulations, and to a high standard.

Maintaining upkeep of homes

Maintaining the overall upkeep of the homes, including resident areas, common spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
