You'll be responsible for

Carrying out maintenance functions

Carrying out domestic and general maintenance functions as appropriate and required at a residential aged care facility.

Engaging and managing contractors

Engaging and managing contractors for works authorised by the facility manager.

Overseeing grounds maintenance

Overseeing grounds maintenance and enhancement under the direction of the Facility Manager.

Domestic and general maintenance experience

Demonstrated experience in maintenance tasks like plumbing and carpentry.
