You'll be responsible for

Carrying out maintenance tasks

Perform general, preventative, and periodic maintenance across buildings, plant, and equipment to ensure safety and presentation.

Proactively identifying issues

Identify maintenance issues and schedule works to minimize disruption to property operations.

Supervising contractors

Oversee contractors and monitor performance to ensure quality service delivery.

Building or facilities maintenance experience

Proven experience in hotel or resort maintenance environments.
