You'll be responsible for

Performing routine inspections

Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Responding to maintenance requests

Addressing maintenance requests and service calls in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.

Conducting minor repairs

Executing minor repairs such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, and adjusting doors or locks to maintain high standards of building care.

Key criteria

General building maintenance experience

2+ years in general maintenance or related field.
