You'll be responsible for

Performing maintenance tasks

Completing a wide range of trade-related maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep across facilities.

Managing repairs

Repairing doors, locks, and addressing minor handyman work to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
🧹

Conducting cleaning and upkeep

Cleaning and maintaining plant rooms and other areas, including handling minor plumbing issues and drainage obstructions.

Current Trade Certificate

Possession of a valid trade certificate in relevant fields.

Facilities maintenance experience

Demonstrated experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
