You'll be responsible for

Performing maintenance tasks
Completing a wide range of trade-related maintenance tasks such as repairing doors, locks, and minor handyman work.🏗️
Conducting building upkeep
Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of facilities, including sweeping and blowing of roads and cleaning of plant rooms.🚰
Addressing plumbing issues
Handling reactive minor plumbing issues, including clearance of drainage obstructions, to ensure operational efficiency.Key criteria

Current trade certificate
Valid certification in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar fields.View
