You'll be responsible for

Attending to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

Conducting preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment to ensure they are in top condition.

Maintaining inventory

Keeping track of maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.
