Initiating and identifying project work required throughout the hotel to enhance guest experience.

Implementing preventative maintenance

Implementing and actioning the preventative maintenance program to ensure all facilities are in top condition.

General building maintenance experience

Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels.
