Developing CRM programs
Develop, implement and optimise CRM and lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement, repeat bookings and revenue growth.📅
Executing campaigns
Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including automated journeys, segmentation and trigger-based communications.⚙️
Managing operations
Manage day-to-day CRM operations such as campaign setup, QA, scheduling and deployment.Key criteria

5+ years in CRM and marketing automation
Demonstrated experience in hands-on CRM roles driving engagement and revenue.View
