This job is an exciting opportunity to join the Reserve Bank of Australia as a leader in a newly created Cyber Strategy & Planning team. The position plays a crucial role in shaping the Bank's cyber strategy and ensuring that security architecture aligns with overall business objectives. The team thrives in a collaborative environment, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

👥

Leading and managing a team

Lead and manage a team of Domain Security Architects to strengthen cyber strategy execution, security architecture governance and continuous improvement across the cyber function.
🛠️

Shaping enterprise cyber strategy

Shape and maintain the Bank’s enterprise cyber strategy and prioritised domains ensuring cyber capabilities are designed and embedded in products, platforms and services.
📈

Overseeing cyber defence portfolio

Oversee and report on the Bank’s cyber defence portfolio, driving disciplined prioritisation, sequencing and executive reporting to ensure investments deliver measurable benefits.

Proven experience in cyber strategy

Demonstrated experience developing and delivering enterprise cyber strategy initiatives.
