As the Manager of Data, Insights & AI, you will play a pivotal role in modernising Jetstar’s commercial data ecosystem. This foundational job empowers you to set the vision and create momentum through quick wins, while fostering an inclusive and innovative culture. Collaborating closely with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design the roadmap for self-service analytics and production-grade AI, ultimately enhancing the performance of the Commercial function.
You'll be responsible for

Owning data governance
Own data governance, quality and hygiene across the Commercial data estate within our cloud platform while establishing authoritative definitions, lineage and ownership standards.🔧
Building self-service insight capability
Design and deploy next-generation BI and analytics tools that give Commercial teams direct, confident access to data without specialist dependency.📈
Advancing analytics maturity
Progress the function from descriptive reporting towards predictive and prescriptive insights, whilst deploying enterprise-grade AI and agentic automation for high-value commercial use cases.Key criteria
