Identifying risks and opportunities
Proactively identify risks, gaps and opportunities, and help determine pragmatic solutions to ensure Everyday Banking customer experiences are delivered with efficiency and excellence.š”
Delivering operational risk insights
Deliver comprehensive operational risks insights/advisory to aid strategic decision-making that delivers exceptional products and services.š
Facilitating risk governance
Facilitate effective risk governance, including leading or participating in scrum meetings with Crew Leads and Product Owners to ensure key risk items are prioritised.Key criteria
