Leading the development of operational policies that are outcomes and risk-based, designed to reduce red tape while supporting the safe, sustainable, and productive movement of freight across the network.

Fostering partnerships

Fostering strong partnerships with transport agencies, industry stakeholders, and other jurisdictions to collaboratively identify challenges and develop harmonised policy approaches that improve national consistency and support a more efficient freight network.

Advising delivery teams

Providing advice to delivery teams on the design and implementation of innovative, end-to-end policy solutions that integrate seamlessly into business and operational processes, ensuring freight considerations are embedded early and effectively in decision-making.
