About the job

The Manager of GRC Product Subject Matter Experts at Vanta leads a talented team responsible for the lifecycle and quality of Vanta's frameworks and compliance content. This job is crucial in ensuring that Vanta meets the sophisticated security and compliance needs of its customers. Collaboration with Product and Engineering is key, as the team works together to shape the GRC Frameworks part of the product.

You'll be responsible for

Hiring and mentoring

Hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of Subject Matter Experts while planning for future capacity needs.

Building team environment

Creating a stable and motivated team environment with clear operating rhythms and effective delegation.

Connecting roadmap to strategy

Aligning the team's roadmap and content priorities with Vanta's broader product and company strategy.

Key criteria

GRC and Information Security experience

7+ years of hands-on experience across multiple frameworks.
