You'll be responsible for

Managing and developing the team
Manage, coach and develop your team, role-modelling the Group’s vision, values and leadership behaviours📈
Establishing credit risk appetite
Establish and maintain Line 2 credit risk appetite across CBA, Bankwest, RMG and Unloan Home Buying portfolios, ensuring measures and thresholds are clear, robust and actionable🔍
Leading technical reviews
Lead technical Line 2 reviews and offer independent challenge of risk/reward strategies and their supporting analyticsWhat we're looking for

Proven analytics experience
Experience in analytics or data roles using SQL, SAS, R, or Python.View fit
