The Manager, SPA is responsible for leading a dynamic team of Advisors and Data Analysts dedicated to monitoring and reporting on the performance of the NDIS investment and the effectiveness of care and support sectors. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality and safe services for Queenslanders with disabilities, while also providing strategic insights and advocacy to improve the system. The team thrives on collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, and a commitment to continuous improvement in the delivery of services.

You'll be responsible for

Leading a team

Providing leadership to a team of Advisors and Data Analysts to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.

Analysing performance

Critically analysing the performance of the NDIS and other human services to provide strategic advice.

Advocating for change

Undertaking evidence-based advocacy to resolve issues with the Commonwealth Government and the NDIA.
