You'll be responsible for

Delivering actionable insights

Providing insights to LOB leaders and their teams to support decision-making for acquiring, retaining, and growing priority segments and channels.
🛠️

Developing performance reporting tools

Creating and maintaining tools that measure mortgage growth and volume performance.
📞

Responding to inquiries

Addressing inquiries from senior leaders, regulators, and other industry participants regarding the mortgage portfolio.

Skills you'll need

🏦

Mortgage banking experience

3+ years’ experience in mortgage banking or financial services, with a demonstrated experience in Finance or Performance management.
📊

Data analysis and financial modelling

High proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, financial modelling and MS Office applications.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and influence stakeholders.
