As the Manager Project Delivery - Functional Delivery, you will lead business-critical project delivery in one of Rio Tinto’s largest transformation programs, focusing on the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and redesigned business processes. This job is pivotal in shaping and driving business-facing delivery, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and ready for real-world use. You'll be responsible for

Leading project delivery

Lead and coach a team of Project Managers delivering functional ERP workstreams across the SAP S/4HANA program.

Managing project planning

Own end-to-end project delivery planning, including schedules, resourcing, dependencies, and integrated delivery views.

Ensuring readiness for go-live

Ensure business processes and teams are fully ready for testing, adoption, and successful go-live.
