About the job

The job is about becoming a Manager at BDO, where you will work closely with a newly appointed Partner to enhance the local Research and Development (R&D) and government incentives capability. This position plays a crucial role in leading client portfolios, strengthening relationships, and driving business process planning to optimise R&D funding. You'll be responsible for

Leading client engagements

Identifying and optimising tax incentives and government grants based on innovative technology activities.

Delivering exceptional service and strategic advice while maintaining strong client relationships.

Providing coaching and support to junior team members to help them grow and develop.
