As the Manager of Risk & Control Enablement, you will play a vital role in supporting the safe delivery of change within the Retail Operations Transformation Crews. This position is all about being a trusted risk partner, ensuring that compliance is built into new initiatives from the ground up. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data teams to achieve sustainable operational outcomes.
You'll be responsible for

Acting as a trusted risk partner
Act as a trusted Line 1 risk partner to RO Transformation Crews, supporting initiatives under the Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS).📋
Leading risk assessments
Lead and own risk assessments for platform, data and AI change initiatives, ensuring risk mitigations are proportionate and embedded early.🧩
Supporting risk management
Support squads with structured risk thinking in complex, ambiguous environments where patterns are still emerging.Key criteria

Line 1 operational risk experience
Strong experience in Line 1 Operational Risk within regulated environments.View
