Managing external service providers

Manage the performance of external service providers relating to the provision of telephony, print, and AV integration services, including hardware, software, technical support, and configuration design.

Engaging with stakeholders

Engage and communicate effectively with TAFE Queensland business and stakeholders to ensure alignment of services with customer expectations and strategy.
