Leading health and injury management initiatives
Lead and manage the planning, delivery, and reporting of health, recovery, and injury management initiatives to support departmental strategic objectives and workforce wellbeing.📋
Providing strategic advice
Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to senior leaders, managers, and staff on health, recovery, injury management, and wellbeing matters.🛠️
Developing projects and frameworks
Design, develop, and implement projects, programs, and frameworks that strengthen governance, accountability, and system-wide consistency.What we're looking for
