You'll be responsible for

Leading and supervising the Boathouse team

Overseeing a team of approximately 15 staff across a 7-day operational week, ensuring consistent focus on deliverable achievement.

Driving revenue growth and strategic business development

Implementing operational improvements that enhance profitability and market position while maximizing revenue potential.

Maintaining exceptional customer service standards

Ensuring high-level general marina services for customers and fostering strong relationships with marine industry stakeholders.
