End-to-end external event and conference project management, owning submissions, planning, logistics, billing, and execution to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.🗓️
Maintaining the conference calendar
Own and maintain the Surgery conference and event calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, timely planning, and clear communication to internal stakeholders.🔧
Coordinating operational activities
Coordinate operational and logistical activities, including supplier management, equipment tracking, billing support, and cross-functional coordination to enable smooth execution of marketing and sales activity.Key criteria
