About the job

Binance is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead events and community growth in Australia. This job is vital for rebuilding brand trust, local presence, and grassroots engagement for Binance in the region. The team values creativity and collaboration, working together to design impactful experiences that resonate with the community.

You'll be responsible for

Event strategy & execution

Planning and executing end-to-end events, including community meetups, educational workshops, partner activations, and pop-ups.

Community building & engagement

Building and nurturing a loyal local community both online and offline, while managing key community leaders and creating programs for organic advocacy.
🌍

Brand & reputation rebuild

Translating the global brand into locally relevant messaging and leading initiatives that position Binance as responsible, compliant, and user-first.

Key criteria

4-7+ years in events or community marketing

Demonstrated experience in executing impactful events and community engagement.
