The Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at Notion is a vital part of the APAC Marketing team, responsible for building, launching, and measuring campaigns while ensuring leads are effectively managed. You'll be responsible for

Establishing campaign operations

Establish and maintain campaign templates, standardized QA processes, and reusable campaign architecture in Marketo, Customer.io, and SFDC.

Managing lead routing

Debug lead and MQA routing logic, ensuring leads flow to the right reps across all segments and regions with minimal manual intervention.

Monitoring campaign performance

Monitor MQL/MQA volumes, conversion rates, and system health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Experience in high-growth SaaS marketing operations is essential.
