Overseeing product and pricing data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business rules.

Responding to support requests

Addressing support requests from a shared inbox within 24 hours to maintain workflow.

Identifying and resolving discrepancies

Spotting and resolving data discrepancies with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround times.
