You'll be responsible for

Providing health monitoring activities
Delivering the recommended schedule of health monitoring activities for children from birth to 6 years, as specified by the Department of Health.🏡
Identifying family needs
Offering additional and flexible services to meet the diverse needs of families, including outreach visits and telehealth consultations.📋
Maintaining accurate records
Keeping confidential records of daily activities and child/family profiles in accordance with relevant standards.Key criteria

Registered Nurse and Midwife qualifications
Possession of AHPRA registration and Maternal and Child Health qualifications.View
