You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Deliver high quality administrative support across the entire Maternal and Child Health service, ensuring smooth daily operations.
📞

Managing client interactions

Handle client bookings, records, transfers, and enquiries with accuracy and compassion.

Supporting team members

Assist MCH leaders, nurses, and the wider team with scheduling, documentation, and general admin duties.

Key criteria

💻

Strong computer literacy

Experience with administrative systems, especially CDIS is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with compassion and professionalism.

Proven ability to manage priorities

Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy.
