Managing meaningful life residents’ assessments, care plans, and documentation to ensure quality care.

Providing leadership and support

Mentoring and supporting the meaningful life team, volunteers, and students to enhance resident engagement.

Certificate III/IV qualification

Possession of relevant qualification in aged care or leadership.

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Proven experience using computer systems for documentation and assessments.
