Carrying out mechanical maintenance activities

Performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, and shutdown activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Conducting inspections and repairs

Inspecting and maintaining equipment such as heat exchangers and valves to uphold safety and performance standards.

Communicating progress and issues

Keeping Supervisors informed about work progress, challenges, and delays in a timely manner.

Key criteria

Trade qualified mechanical fitter

Possession of a valid mechanical fitting trade qualification.

Experience in heavy industrial shutdowns

Demonstrated experience in oil refining or gas processing shutdowns.

Proven capability with mechanical equipment

Experience working with valves, heat exchangers, and hydrotesting.
