Supervising mechanical maintenance functions
Overseeing the mechanical maintenance functions to ensure all safety and maintenance targets are met in compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.📚
Developing and training Mechanical Technicians
Providing training and development to Mechanical Technicians to ensure safety and efficient operation of plant equipment.🌱
Promoting continuous improvement
Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and preventative maintenance across all operations.Key criteria

Mechanical trade qualification
Possession of an Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade qualification is essential.View
