The Medical Workforce Allocations Officer plays a vital role in supporting safe, compliant, and effective medical workforce planning at QEII Jubilee Hospital. This job is all about coordinating junior medical staff allocations to meet service demands, training requirements, and legislative obligations. You'll be responsible for

Coordinating allocations

Coordinating and preparing term allocations, rosters and placements for Resident Medical Officers in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders

Providing support

Providing high-quality advice and support to junior medical staff regarding allocations, leave, training requirements and workforce matters

Key criteria

Experience in workforce coordination

Demonstrated experience coordinating medical staff allocations and rosters.
