Providing general advice
Providing high quality general advice and information to Rest members within the scope of the Member Connections service proposition and the general advice regulatory framework.🔍
Identifying member needs
Identifying the member’s needs and providing the right level of service and identifying appropriate triage and referral needs accordingly.📚
Participating in training
Participating in regular training and keeping up to date with legislation, industry changes, and new strategies and product changes/enhancements.Key criteria

RG146 qualification or willingness to obtain
Possession of RG146 or commitment to obtain within 90 days.View
