You'll be responsible for

Processing membership applications

Efficiently processing membership applications in accordance with policy and procedures to help volunteers commence their service quickly.

Onboarding new volunteers

Supporting the onboarding of NSW RFS volunteers through the eMembership system, ensuring a smooth transition into service.
📞

Responding to inquiries

Acting as a primary point of contact for volunteer members and internal stakeholders, responding to a high volume of inquiries via phone and email.
