You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with the team
Working as part of the team to increase service capacity and address the acute needs of consumers aged 18 and older experiencing a mental health crisis.🩺
Providing mental health interventions
Delivering a range of specialist mental health interventions, including risk assessment and safety planning, as part of collaborative care.📋
Supporting discharge planning
Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care for consumers.Key criteria

Relevant healthcare qualifications
Possession of qualifications in psychology, nursing, or allied health.View

Experience in multidisciplinary teams
