About the job

The Mental Health Clinician for Infant, Child & Youth is a vital position within the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This job focuses on delivering evidence-based mental health assessments and treatments for children aged 0–15 years and their families, promoting positive mental health outcomes. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to clinical supervision and professional development, fostering a supportive environment for growth and improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments

You will complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand the needs of children and families.

Delivering evidence-based treatment and recovery-focused care

Deliver evidence-based treatment and recovery-focused care to support positive mental health outcomes.

Providing risk assessment and safety planning

You will provide risk assessment and safety planning to ensure the wellbeing of children and families.
