You'll be responsible for

Deliver contemporary, profession-specific clinical assessments, treatment, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary framework.

Providing case management

Provide discipline-specific case management to consumers with complex mental health conditions and support for their families.

Participating in discharge planning

Participate in discharge planning and the evaluation of care using evidence-based outcome data.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
