About the job

The Mental Health Clinician job at Youturn is all about making a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals and their families. By providing evidence-based psychological interventions and care coordination, you will play a pivotal role in supporting those during their most challenging times. You'll be responsible for

Providing evidence-based interventions

Delivering evidence-based clinical and psychological interventions to address a spectrum of support needs in young individuals.
🔍

Conducting assessments

Carrying out comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments of young people accessing the service, including risk assessments throughout their care episode.
🤝

Engaging with community

Contributing to community engagement efforts, representing the funded service and promoting the centre's services at community awareness events.

Key criteria

🧠

Qualifications in psychology or mental health

General Registration with AHPRA or equivalent qualifications is essential.
