You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with partner organisations
Working collaboratively and in partnership with the Department of Communities and Justice to provide supported housing for mental health consumers.🏡
Providing clinical support
Offering clinical support and guidance to mental health consumers in their housing journey.🚗
Traveling to community sites
Traveling to DCJ offices and other community sites as required to fulfill job responsibilities.What we're looking for
🧠
Social Work or Occupational Therapy qualifications
Possession of relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA or PsyBA.View fit

Experience with severe mental illness
Extensive experience supporting housing pathways and social inclusion.View fit
