Using a strengths-based approach to assist clients in finding meaningful and sustainable employment.

Marketing and advocacy

Utilising strong communication skills to promote CBS Inc. and advocate for clients in the job market.

Maintaining client compliance

Ensuring clients meet Mutual Obligation requirements with Centrelink and maintaining accountability.

Key criteria

Current Australian driver's licence

Valid P2 minimum licence for client transport.
