This job offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a dedicated clinical team, supporting patients through their ADHD care journey via telehealth. You'll be responsible for

Screening and triaging intake patients

Assessing and prioritizing new patients for care.

Assisting with patient escalations

Supporting the Customer Care team with urgent patient needs via CRM.

Conducting patient reviews via telehealth

Performing clinical check-ins and reviews to monitor patient progress.
