Developing recovery plans

Collaborating with consumers to create and monitor personalized recovery plans based on their individual goals.

Conducting assessments

Assisting in the assessment of consumers to identify their needs and develop appropriate support strategies.

Mental health experience

Proven experience working with individuals with severe mental illness.
