You'll be responsible for

Providing non-clinical support

Providing regular, flexible, low level non-clinical support to service users, assisting them to review their needs and resources, and monitoring activities identified in client Support Plans.

Enabling client independence

Enabling clients to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life by providing appropriate information, opportunity, training, and support.

Performing data collection

Routinely performing Outcome Measures and other data collection.

Certificate IV in community services

Possession of a minimum Cert IV in community services.
