You'll be responsible for

Giving directions

Providing directions and information regarding the drilling and blasting schedule and plans to Shift Supervisors and Mine Foremans.

Monitoring production activities

Monitoring production activities within the mine to identify and improve designs and productivities.

Completing stope designs

Completing stope designs for approval by Senior Production Engineer to maximise economic extraction of geological stope shapes.

Key criteria

Bachelor's degree in mining engineering

Essential qualification for technical expertise in mining.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in underground mining operations.
