Leading and mentoring
Leading and mentoring a crew of Production Operators to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensuring that all work activities are conducted in accordance with contract/project management plans and statutory requirements.🔧
Supporting daily activities
Supporting day to day activities, providing direction to production crews, ensuring effective shift handovers, prestart and toolbox meetings.Key criteria

Open pit mining experience
Extensive experience in open pit mining, especially with Nickel, Copper, Gold, Lithium, or Iron ore.View

Production supervision experience
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams to enhance production performance.View
