You'll be responsible for

Creating programs
Designing and implementing programs that help children and youth feel connected, valued, and encouraged in their spiritual journey.❤️
Providing pastoral care
Offering support to young people and families through various programs, including COACH and Positive Lifestyle Programs.👥
Building volunteer teams
Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers to ensure they feel equipped and valued in their ministry efforts.Key criteria
