This job is about joining BOQ Group's ME Banks team as a Mobile Banker, where you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver personal home lending and financial solutions to customers. Your impact will be significant as you support the ME Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes, growing the portfolio, and exceeding acquisition targets. The team values collaboration and provides coaching and support to help you thrive in your journey towards becoming a Senior or Executive Mobile Banker.

You'll be responsible for

Guiding customers through the lending process

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the lending process, from initial appointment to settlement and beyond, always striving to deliver an exceptional experience and drive customer advocacy.

Building strong relationships

Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing your own schedule, and being mobile and flexible to meet customers where they are.

Managing customer journeys

You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, managing complex needs and ensuring every stakeholder is kept informed at every stage.
