You'll be responsible for

Define and document Tracksuit's motion principles - the animation alphabet that makes our brand feel like us in motion, not just in stills

Designing standout motion

Design and produce standout motion for flagship initiatives (Core Brand Identity, Global Campaigns, Abstracted UI, Product Animations)

Owning end-to-end motion

Own end-to-end motion for social and paid content, from concept to final export

Motion design experience

7+ years of motion design experience with senior ownership.
